Najib proven cakap tak serupa bikin

"Cakap tak serupa bikin" is the Malay proverb for action not corresponding to words, saying one thing but doing the other.

It seemed Najib during the last moments of the recent Hulu Selangor by-election (buy election) wrote an open letter asking the electorate for a second chance to institute reform:

"The greatest irony was that amidst this election bribery spree, Najib made an impassioned last-minute plea to the electorate through an open letter bearing his signature, asking the electorate to give him another chance to institute “change” in his administration so as to redeem Barisan Nasional’s past mistakes

However, by his personal bribing the voters with money and conditional promises as well as condoning those corrupt acts by other UMNO figures, he clearly showed that he and UMNO has no intention to reform. It is clear action not conforming to spoken and written words.
