Selepas Tsunami (After March 08)

PDRM (Polis Diraja Malaysia or Royal Malaysia Police) is acting as the lapdog of the corrupt and power abusing UMNO/BN again. They are now again used by UMNO to prevent DVDs titled "Selepas Tsunami" or "After the Tsunami" from reaching voters for the Sibu by-election tomorrow. Please direct as many to view the video online below or if it is possible to download the video, please help burn DVDs to distribute to as many people in Sibu as possible. And check back later to see if I have posted the transcript later:

Selepas Tsunami (After the Tsunami) from Pusat KOMAS on Vimeo.

Alternatively, view the video over a KOMAS: Selepas Tsunami (After the Tsunami)

OK here are the transcript which I will upload as and when available. Any errors please help correct by leaving comments:

(The 12th General Elections did not only result in the change of four state governments, or the loss of Barisan Nasional's two-third majority in Parliament. The election also brought along practices never seen before by the people. But is now experienced by the people for the first time. What you saw just now was a hearing in ..... It was held before a body called the Special Committee on Efficiency, Accountability and Transparency or SELCAT. Through SELCAT, government-linked companies were forced to reveal their financial information to the public. For the first time, the people are also informed of expenses made by the local councils. The minorities too are not longer neglected)
