MCLM First KL Public Forum

Venue : First Floor, KL & Selangor Chinese Assembly Hall
The Malaysian Civil Liberties Movement (MCLM) would like to invite members of the public and the media to the movement’s First KL Public Forum on Tuesday, 21st December 2010 where it will announce the second candidate who has volunteered himself as a candidate for the next general election.
On December 12th, MCLM Chairman Raja Petra Kamarudin unveiled human rights lawyer Malik Imtiaz Sarwar as the movement’s first candidate durin…g a live webcast from London at a forum organised by MCLM to explain the group and its mission.
The purpose of MCLM is to help political parties field better candidates by giving suggestions of viable persons who can serve and educate the public.
Among those speaking at the Public Forum on December 21st are:
1. Haris Ibrahim
2. Malik Imtiaz Sarwar
3. Malaysian Overseas Votes Representative Andrew Yong, and
4. The second candidate.
