Prostitute Jelapang armed pepper spray
The Perak State Assemblydonkey (I don't want to call her Assemblywoman) Hee Yit Foong whom many called the Prostitute of Jelapang probably knows she is very unpopular not only in Perak but throughout Malaysia and fearing attacks. She is now probably armed with pepper spray for self defence and I wouldn't be surprised if the corrupt and unprincipled BN had given her firearms too.

Hee Yit Foong is a lying frog
Hee Yit Foong is not only a frog whom some said switched from being a Perak DAP State Assemblywoman to become a so called BN friendly Independent, she has now been proofed to be a liar. When reports came out that she pointed a pepper spray canister at DAP Perak State Assemblyman Yew Tian Hoe, she denied it, saying it is not a pepper spray cannister but a hotel key (lie number 1).
When photos surfaced showing clearly liar Hee Yit Foong pointing what seemed clearly to be a pepper spray canister (see photo below), she changed her story to say that the pepper spray is not hers and that she does not know how to even operate such a device, and that she had held it up to Aulong assemblyman Yew Tian Hoe to demand if he was the one who had flung it at her (lie number 2).
Here are the photo and a video so you yourself can ascertain that Hee Yit Foong is a liar:

Najib sincerity test - Perak fresh election?
Cakap tak serupa bikin (Action does not correspond with words)
Najib Abdul Razak said he would like to cooperate with Pakatan Rakyat to resolve the Perake impasse. Now more and more individuals and institutions including Suhakam and the Malaysia Bar Council have called for fresh elections to solve the problem once and for all. Will Najib agree to fresh elections? If he does not do it within these few days, you can write off Najib. He is insincere and whatever statements are bullshit.
Update: It is settled. Najib is insincere and we need not pay heed to whatever nice slogans or statements he make. Najib has been reported by Malaysiakini (No snap elections in Perak) that there will be no snap elections in Perak and he is hiding behind the skirt of Zambry by saying he leave matters to Zambry. Not only is Najib insincere, he is a coward by hiding behind a subordinate.

Laskar cinta - Chapter 2
Laskar cinta Chapter 2
Wahai jiwa-jiwa yang tenang
Jangan sekali kali kamu
Mencoba jadi Tuhan
Dengan mengadili dan menghakimi
Bahwasanya kamu menang tak punya
Daya dan upaya serta kekuatan
Untuk menentukan kebenaran yang sejati
Bukankah kita memang
Tercipta laki laki and wanita
Dan menjadi suku suku
bangsa bangsa yang pasti berbeda
Bukankah kita memang harus saling mengenal dan menghormati
Bukan untuk saling bercerai berai
dan berperang angkat senjata
Laskar cinta - Chapter 1
Laska cinta
Wahai Jiwa Jiwa yang tenang
Berhati-hatilah dirimu
Kepada hati-hati yang penuh
dengan kebencian yang dalam
Karena susungguhnya iblis
Ada dan bersemayam
Di hati yang penuh dengan benci
Di hati yang penuh dengan prasangka
Laskar cinta
Sebarkanlah benih-benih cinta
Musnahkanlah virus-virus benci
Virus yang bisa Rusakkan jiwa
Dan busukkan hati
Laskar cinta
Ajarkan ilmu tentang cinta
Karena cinta adalah hakikat
Dan jalan yang tenang
Bagi semua umat manusia
Jika kebencian meracunimu
Kepada manusia lainnya
Maka sesungguhnya iblis
Sudah berkuasa atas dirimu
Maka jangan pernah berharap
Aku akan mengasihi
Menyayangi manusia manusia
Yang penuh benci seperti kamu
Laskar cinta
Sebarkanlah benih-benih cinta
Musnahkanlah virus-virus benci
Virus yang bisa Rusakkan jiwa
Dan busukkan hati
Laskar cinta
Ajarkan ilmu tentang cinta
Karena cinta adalah hakikat
Dan jalan yang tenang

PKFZ Scandal - time to get really angry
"RM12 billion of public funds is no chicken feed – it could build three Penang Bridges at RM4 billion each, 120 hospitals at RM100 million each, 1,200 schools at RM10 million each or 300,000 low-cost houses at RM40,000 each!": Lim Kit Siang on the Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) scandal.
Hi Malaysians. Look at how Barisan Nasional (BN) squandered your money. RM12 billion is no chicken feed. If the above didn't strike your mind on how big RM12 billion is, here it is in figures:
RM12,000,000,000
It is high time to get angry, really angry at how BN managed our country. It is high time to make up your mind to do something to contribute to the fall of BN from power in our country. Malaysia has been able to prosper despite these huge financial leaks mainly because of oil money. We will become a net importer of oil very soon and if we don't do something about this scandalous situation, our country will face very dire circumstances very soon. Get angry!!! Do something!!!

Next stop Putrajaya - Federal Government (power) essential
Last March 8, we the voters took away the hated BN's (Barisan Nasional) two-third majority in the Parliament and put the opposition (Pakatan Rakyat) in power in 5 states (now reduced to 4 by the illegal power grab in Perak). Next general election we voters have to make sure the thuggish BN lose the election and Federal power. After what happened in Perak where BN with the help of Federal power and control over the civil servants who abetted the illegal power grab, we must ensure Pakatan Rakyat is the next Federal Government so positive changes can come to Malaysia.
Remember this day of infamy
Malaysians. Etch these images into your brain and always remember them. This is UMNO BN thuggery. Show them your middle finger come election time. That will be how we should repay them for robbing us of democracy, of destroying our institutions, for breaking all laws and ignoring the Constitution:

Najib freed ISA detainees and lift suspension of oppositions' papers
This is what I read at Malaysian Insider. Can it be true? If so, how should we regard Najib Abdul Razak as the new Prime Minister of Malaysia? He has so much baggages that has not been cleared yet.
Now another conflicting report from Anil Netto. Just 90 minutes after the swearing in of Najib Abdul Razak as the new Prime Minister, KDN officers raided the printing firm that printed PKR's Suara Keadilan.
What to make of these 2 developments? Give with one hand and take away with the other???????

Perak Democracy Tree Plaque Auction
When the Perak State Assembly was shut out from the State Secretariat, they met under a rain tree which has now become famous as the Tree of Democracy.

Pakatan Rakyat decided to commemorate the historical sitting and the tree by erecting a marble plaque.

The plaque was however vandalized.

However, not all is lost. The broken pieces will be put up for auction on Sunday 22th March 2009 at 11am.

Zaid Ibrahim appeal to King not to appoint Najib as PM
Zaid Ibrahim at a Rotary Club meeting appealed to the King not to appoint Najib Abdul Razak as the next Prime Minister of Malaysia as the public has a poor perception of Najib and that there are many unanswered question. Read the full report at Malaysia Insider.
So will this be a likely scenario? Come April, Abdullah Badawi resigned as Prime Minister, Najib requested the King to be appointed the new Prime Minister, King turned down request and asked for a vote of confidence in the Parliament.

Guessing game - how thick is Samy Vellu's skin?
To break the monotony, let's us have a guessing game. It was reported that Semi Value @ Samy Vellu @ (more accurate no value) went singing and crying on his by-election campaign. After the fact that he had robbed the Indians instead of helping them, he still had guts to go round campaigning. He came upon some Indians living in squalid conditions (these same Indians were robbed by Samy Vellu @ no value their share of prosperity) saying "At one estate Samy Vellu said: "I don't know why your living conditions are so bad. I want to find out. I will act on it but after the by-election," thus indirectly telling voters that the goodies will only flow if the BN wins the by-election.
Now here is the game. How thick is Samy Vellu @ no value's skin?
A. 1 micron
B. 1 mm
C. 1 cm
D. 1 kilometer

Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission (SIAP)
The SCC (Special Complaints Commission) which was tabled last year in place of the IPCMC (Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission) was criticized as a "post box" in that it is toothless (no power to persecute) and it just act to receive complaints and forward the complaints to relevant enforcement agencies thus essentially acting like a "post box" and add another layer to cumbersome bureaucracy. Now Syed Botak has tabled another bill in Parliament today the Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission or SIAP (Suruhanjaya Integriti Agensi Penguatkuasa). SIAP will also have no persecution power. Will SIAP meet the same fate as SCC? Let's wait for more details about SIAP to be revealed.

BN's tyranny and citizens' response
The Barisan Nasional's government has become a tyrant. Why is that so? Read about BN's tyranny at REPRESSION, RACE, RELIGION AND ROYALTY. Here are some extracts:
UMNO used the ISA to detain the HINDRAF leaders, blogger Raja Petra Kamarudin, Selangor Exco member, Teresa Kok and the Sin Chew reporter. This was not done to protect the common good but to protect UMNO’s rule.
The Police are used to arrest and prohibit the people from exercising their constitutional freedoms of assembly and free speech. Peaceful demonstrations are brutally stopped by tear gas and water cannons of chemicals. Ceramahs in Perak are banned. Candle light vigils in Petaling Jaya are declared illegal. Lodging police reports are prohibited.
Government institutions are perverted and subverted. Senior Civil Servants by disingenuous arguments make shamelessly biased decisions to panda to their political masters’ desires.
In Perak, the Election Commission refused to call for bye-elections after the Perak Speaker declared the 3 seats vacant. The State Secretary booted out the Menteri Besar and the Exco when a motion of no confidence on the Menteri Besar has yet to be tabled in the Assembly. The Police cordoned off the State Assembly Building to prevent the elected representatives from attending. The assembly secretary countermands the Speaker’s call for a sitting, then locks the doors of the assembly hall and throws away the keys for good measure. The state assembly has to be held under a refuge of a rain tree. We now have Rain Tree Democracy. The Judicial Commissioner disqualified a litigant’s duly appointed lawyer and appointed the opponent’s lawyer for the litigant against his wish. This is a kangaroo court dispensing Palm Tree Justice.
In Selangor, MACC issued a public statement that it had found there was a good case of corruption against the Selangor Menteri Besar, YAB Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim. If putting petrol into his car used for state official functions and donating cows to the poor are corrupt acts, why is receiving RM530 Million for buying a submarine not?! The Commissioner has violated the first principle of justice that a man is presumed innocent until he is convicted. The Commissioner had become prosecutor, judge and jury. In the case of Elizabeth Wong, there was a media frenzy in violating her privacy as the media rushed in like sharks to kill her political career. That was not journalism. That was gutter politics.
In Kedah, YB Arumugam had to resign as the state exco member and state assemblymen to safeguard his family from harm. After attempted bribery failed they threatened and kidnapped him to coerce him to crossover. Although he identified the perpetrator, the police released the perpetrator allowing him to make further threats. YB Lim Soo Nee and YB Tan Wei Xu received bullets when they rejected offers of several million Ringgit to cross over. Although a video had been taken by the then BPR officer of the negotiations and offer the only action taken by the MACC was to transfer the officer.
UMNO has betrayed the peoples’ trust in transgressing the powers given for its own ends. It has become a tyrannical regime.
What should Malaysians do?
The people then have a moral duty to rise up and oppose the illegitimate regime.

Malaysian Institutions Credibility Gap Huge
Things are not going well in Malaysia. Even the highly respectable Malaysian Bar Council warns of a breakdown of Malaysian Institutions which I would include the Police, MACC (Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission better known now as the Malaysian Agency for Cows and Cars), the Judiciary and many branches of the Malaysian Civil Service.
Take this for example. The CID (Criminal Investigations Department) director Datuk Seri Mohd Bakri Zinin claimed that with regards to the Kugan murder case, there is NO COVER UP. This is despite the fact that the first post-mortem attributed the cause of death to fluids in the lungs while the second post-mortem painted a completely different picture - death through beatings and kidney failure.
This is what Mohd Bakri said: "In Kugan’s case, we just received the second post-mortem report yesterday, and we had promptly acted on it by consulting the Attorney-General’s Chambers."
Would the mere consultation with the Attorney-General on receiving the second post-mortem means there was no cover up? How can there be no cover up when the picture painted by the authorities initially were so completely different from the picture obtained from the second post-mortem?
