A check of MARA's website showed the following:
Essentially, the above says MARA is for Bumiputera, not for Malaysians in general. However, from some quick enquiries, SEDCs are for all Malaysians, not only for Bumiputras.
So, in my opinion, the decision of Noh Omar of the Entrepreneur and Cooperatives Development Ministry that they will stop disbursing development funds to the state SEDCs but do it via MARA which is only for Bumiputeras are not appropriate and Malaysians should register a protest.
I hope the PR Member of Parliaments will bring this matter up in Parliament, if not as supplementary question, then submit it for question for next Parliamentary session.

Why not? If you want to change things, capture the federal govt. By using Pas and PKR to promote your political agenda is a gross injustice to the voters of these two parties. When DAP rules Malaysia, then you can do what you like...
Tuan Haji Osman,
I like to consider myself as non-partisan and will support any political party that in my opinion can do good for Malaysia, my country. At the moment, if you want to know why I am a supporter of DAP, see Why I am currently a supporter of DAP: Whip. However, if there is anything I see that I cannot agree with DAP, you can be sure my support will go elsewhere.
Let us be realistic. DAP cannot rule Malaysia, not with the current mentality of Malaysian voters. In my opinion, DAP has in no way used PKR nor PAS to promote its agenda, whatever it may be. What I can see is DAP wants to introduce good governance to Malaysia, and which Malaysian would not want that?
Injustice to voters? Which political party is doing injustice to the Malaysian voters? BN had in the past bought over (one need not be a genius to understand how some unethical politicians can be bought over), particularly to take power away from then ruling PBS in Sabah (if my memory did not fail me, but do your own research) to take over control of Sabah and brought in lots of foreign imports to dilute the voice of the original Sabah inhabitants. See how BN is now even doing injustice to the Malaysian voters by trying to frustrate the efforts of PR to give what Malaysian voters wanted by diverting funds from PR controlled state agencies and protesting against projects they themselves initiated and if you want more, ask for more.
Come on, be fair minded. Look at things rationally.
