This video shows the tirades of a Datuk Melampau ("Too much Datuk") probably from Perak, real name unknown, issue unknown. What I can gather are frequent references to Melayu, Orang Melayu and Tanah Melayu (Malay, Malay people, Malay Land) and at least too expletives - puki mak. Towards the end of the video, 3 banners were displayed and to make it easier for you to read what the banner says, I have uploaded screen shots of the banner below.
