All of us had been looking forward to viewing the much anticipated interview of RPK (Raja Petra Kamaruddin) on BBC News Hardtalk but the interview had been cancelled seemingly for being potentially defamatory because issues to be discussed impact ongoing court cases in Malaysia. If that is true, the issue should not be defamation but more accurately being subjudice. The fact that BBC News got it wrong probably point to their excuse being not very credible.
