There will be 2 candlelight vigils tonight, Saturday 13 September 2008 in support of the three arrested under the draconian ISA (Internal Security Act) which allows for unjust detention without a court trail. The 3 are RPK (Raja Petra Kamaruddin), Teresa Kok and Tan Hoon Cheng, a Sin Chew journalist who reported the racist comments by Ahmad Ismail. It is grossly unfair that the one who uttered racist remarks is not arrested, but the one who reported it is. What kind of justice is this????
The 2 candlelight vigils are as follows:
Candlelight Vigil at Entrance of Bukit Aman Police Headquarter organized by GMI (Gerakan Mansuh ISA or Abolish ISA Movement)
Time: 8pm

The Paramount Garden LRT Station is also in Paramount Garden, for me, it is within walking distance, for the majority, the DAP Headquarter is too far to walk. It is very near to Seaview Restaurant and the 2 Caltex petrol station in Paramount Garden.
