Sarawak State Election 2011: email forward from RPK

Below is from an email forward from RPK (Raja Petra Kamarudin) this time appealing for both actions as well as donation (second reading reveals RPK said that while he and his gang had been at the forefront, but he now is only appealing for donations in lieu of actions), not for his own fund but for DAP Malaysia/Sarawak for Change:

My Dear Fellow Malaysians

We are writing to you to appeal for donations for Sarawak State Election on 16th April 2011. Please help the deprived people of Sarawak especially the Penans,Dayaks,Ibans who are living in deplorable and abject poverty for over 35 years under the dictatorial land grabbing regime of Chief Minister Taib Mahmud, who and his family/cronies stole BILLIONS.

We are not asking you to be in the forefront of any anti - bad goverment demostrations, facing off with the police/FRU with their water cannons/ tear gas/ batons/ brute force etc etc which we did.

We are appealing you to donate generously for A BETTER Malaysia for ALL Malaysians. Whatever the amount is most welcome and appreciated and hopefully a BIG fat cheque would do nicely. However we truly understand if you cannot afford to donate,we would appreciate if you could forward this emails to all your friends and relatives who might want to help with this donation drive.

Most of all we greatly appreciate if you could get more friends and relatives or even strangers/new acquitances to go and vote for PR and also get more voters for PR for A BETTER Malaysia for ALL Malaysians. CHANGE NOW.
