Often one can deduce conclusion from what is not said rather than what is said. And in the case of Najib Abdul Razak's written reply in Parliament to the question asked by Gobalakrishnan (PKR-Padang Serai) about the cost of Rosmah's trip to US to receive that dubious award, Najib avoided answering the question.
His reply: "Rosmah's lodging and travelling costs are included in the budget provided for the prime minister, in view of her position as the prime minister's wife"
The fact that he did not answer the question means he has a guilty conscience, something to hide.
After attending the Nuclear Security Summit in Washington DC, Najib and Rosmah attended a glitzy function at the five-star St Regis Hotel in New York on April 16.
The star-studded event saw the attendance of Oscar winning actor Robert De Niro, Charlize Theron and Emmy Rossum, and was emceed by another Oscar winner, Jamie Foxx.
So folks, while Najib and Rosmah live luxuriously, he wants Malaysians to sacrifice and agree to have the subsidies removed.
