Muhyiddin Yassin pot call kettle black

I hope this buffalo headed Moooohidin (moo as in stupid buffaloes, din as in noise pollution) fellow read this comical piece by Jacqueline Ann Surin: Rewriting Muhyiddin's script (or pot calling the kettle black). Jacqueline aptly satirize Muhyiddin's accusation of Lim Guan Eng into how aptly his accusation apply to himself:

Najib, UMNO, BN malu (shame), reactions to CNY washout

Here are the reactions of various people regarding Najib's washed out Chinese New Year do at Pandamaran:

"lack of enthusiasm from the estimated 20,000 crowd, at least as indicated by their lackluster clapping"

"one-fourth of the crowd was made up of event organizers, performers, the Ministry of Information, Communications and Culture's media minders - including red-shirted staff from the obscure Department of Special Affairs (Jasa) staff - and the usual coterie of Rela, civil defence, riot and regular police units" (illusionary crowd)

#yorais (Rais Yatim)'s "“clapping till the bulbs burst” did not evoke the desired effect"

"told to instead contact Najib's political secretary, Oh Ei Sun," (not really solving problems, all play acting)

"expressed disdain at the elaborate - and wasteful - efforts to contrive the appearance of a government that 'listened',"

"no use visiting three houses here when only a stone's throws away, 230 houses have been demolished and the land taken away from the home owners,"

"We won't be easily swayed, but hey, the men (MCA fat cats) behind this have lots of money,"

"How much money had literally gone up in smoke tonight"

"not fools to believe Najib's public relation efforts"

"better you use the million ringgit allocated for these "superficial intangible" public relation propaganda to uplift the living standard of hard core poor"

"Najib lost credibility from the handling of the infamous murder cases of Altantuya, Teoh Beng Hock, Kugan and other custodial death cases."

"how about the power grabbing in Perak, inaction against Utusan & MSM for promoting hatred and so on?"

"rain that hit Pandamaran yesterday Almight's 'bad' omen"

"Deputy Information Minister Heng Seai Kie is a balll licker/sucker. She is a liar..there were very few people there before and after the rain...I know cos I was there to see for myself"

"Another umno-bn syok sendiri session at the expense of the Rakyat"

"Pandamaran folk seek real change, not promises"

"lamented at the lack of real change a day after"

"no real action taken"

"just no excitement"

"just petty issues"

"disputed press reports in MSM newspapers (wastepapers) there were 20,000 or even 40,000 people, Jalan Chang Ah Choon could barely accommodate 5,000 people"

"only about 5,000 went to collect Ang Pows from Pinklips Jibby"

"our presence is not appreciated and welcomed by UMNOputras"

"all (crowd) are imported"

"Ha ha ha ...even the God is not willing to listen to his lie"

"(crowd) about 4-5K"

"Pandamaran is located in Klang ( big population )" but "Pakatan's celebration was held in Jenjarom a small town with much smaller population"

"How naive this Rais"

"that doesnt look like a 5,000 crowd to me"

"rakyat would not buy UMNO-BN 1 Malaysia"

"how many bus load from elsewhere?"

Rais "happy?" with attendance???

Another chance for UMNO? BN? Fat chance!!!

Najib asked at his Pandamaran Chinese New Year washout: "Give us a chanceand we will prove that we are a government that can do the best for the people." (Malaysian Insider: Give us a chance’, PM asks Chinese).

Here are the reactions to Najib's plea: Lim Kit Siang: "Najib should ask Umno media like Utusan Malaysia, Berita Harian and government tv and radio channels to give him a chance to prove that he is Prime Minister for all Malaysians".

While Najib goes around promoting his half baked insincere 1Malaysia, his UMNO goons and UMNO owned Utusan Malaysia, Berita Harian go spewing racist hate utterances. UMNO/BN has plundered Malaysia for 50 years and now wants another chance so that their 50 years worth of misdeeds and robberies will not be uncovered by a change of Federal Government. Should he be given a chance? Fat Chance.

More reactions (Antares):

"Najib is part of a gang of Umno-bred white-collar criminals who have robbed the rakyat of billions over the years. They know that a new government could mean their misdeeds become public knowledge – and many of them could end up in jail or be forced to flee the country. When he pleads to be given another chance, what he really means is: “Please bend over one more time and get buggered by BN again.” I’m not a vindictive person and would not demand that Najib and Rosmah be excecuted by firing squad or hanged from a fancy lamppost in Putrajaya. But I do INSIST that they remove themselves – or be forcefully removed – from public office because they are morally unfit to pose as national leaders."

Najib's Chinese New Year washout - Heaven smiled on Pakatan Rakyat

Yes, Heaven watches over us. Good guys versus bad guys. Najib's Chinese New Year Open House was a washout yesterday. Heaven poured on Najib with no mercy and only a miserable thousands turned up (reported as 5000 in a comment at Free Malaysia: 20,000 at Jenjarom CNY do by rocketman. One would have expected the sycophant mass media would have splashed the attendance in their front page and prime time news, but there was none. Apparently they must be ashamed at the turn out and Najib's treatment by the All Knowing Heaven. The only report I read about Najib's miserable do was at Malaysian Insider: #yorais (Rais Yatim) happy with turnout where he noted that attendance was "good" but dare not mention the figure. Shame on you UMNO and Barisan Nasional. Heaven repaid you for all your misdeeds, probably more to come.

Meanwhile at Jenjarom: Free Malaysia Today reported 20,000 at Pakatan Rakyat Chinese New Year Open House and heaven smiled on PR with sunshine and good weather.

Calling Malays to join counter movement to oppose Perkasa and extremists

Perkasa, led by king from Ibrahim Ali who won Parliamentary seat on PAS ticket, is creating a dangerous situation in Malaysia by pressuring for Ketuanan Melayu (Malay Supremacy), denying legitimate rights of non-Malay and non-Muslim, inflaming racial and religious hatred.

I would like to inform Malay Malaysians that Suflan Shamsuddin has started an initiative to form a Malay counter movement and hope you will join him at Facebook: Tabung Idea Mengukuh Martabat Melayu (Accumulation of ideas to strength Malay respect?).

Here is his writing in Bahasa Malaysia:

(read more)

From Suflan Shamsuddin: Tiba Masanya Untuk Pergerakan Melayu Alternatif?

Tiba Masanya Untuk Pergerakan Melayu Alternatif?

Hari in, Pergerakan ini hanya satu idea.

He announced the release position as Chairman Superpanel (Sabah) Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of City Housing Development Board (LPPB) and as a member of the Board of Directors of Sabah Economic Development Corporation (Sedco), in a press conference here.

Kalakau, 55, had served as Deputy Minister of Labor in 1986 to 1990 and is Head of Youth Organizations Pasokmomogun Kadazandusun Murut Bersatu (Upko) state for 12 years since 1985.

With the resignation, and membership in the BN, he also announced the decision to engage and support the policies of Pakatan Rakyat opposition group, thus helping them spread throughout the land clearing business in the People's Alliance for merakyatkan policy mendepani general election-13.

Kalakau explain even the leaders of Sabah from the first until now have been doing our best to defend the rights of Sabah, but the leadership of the Federation and a number of leaders seem not so serious and committed to the recommendations and demands of elected representatives from Sabah and Sabah state government itself. — Bernama - Bernama

Pakatan Rakyat's greatest legacy to Penang

Pass it on, this will allow the truth to be seen, and why the internal bickering is happening.
Some leaders have their own Agenda.

Subject: Fwd: PR Penang greatest legacy..........not published in Malaysia mainstream newspaper

Dear Frens,
Only through internet.................

New measures implemented includes competitive and public open tender, payments directly to recipients without going through middle-men, priority given to Penang contractors, e-tender through the internet and a 2 week objection period to ensure that successful contractor no longer need “political cables” but “computer cables”.

There is no doubt that competitive open tenders saves costs and improve quality.

Many contractors have been liberated with the implementation of open tenders at all levels. For Class F contractors which is only open to bumis, open tender system has allowed non-UMNO linked contractors in Penang to get contracts for the first time.

In the past contracts are usually reserved for UMNO cronies and those outside the state. Clearly the competitive open tender system of PR is more transparent, accountable and beneficial to the people compared to the negotiated tender system for BN cronies.

What is more surprising is the outcome of the open tender system open to all races. Instead of perception that Malays cannot compete and that the non-Malay contractor would win all open tender contracts, this is not true.

Since the new PR government took over, Penang Development Corporation(PDC) had issued 23 tender awards, of which 7(30%) were won by non-Malay contractors and 16(70%) won by Malay contractors.

Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang(PBAPP) had issued 66 tender awards of which 22(33%) were won by non-Malay contractors as compared to 44(67%) by Malay contractors.

The performance by Malay contractors in an open tender system with non-Malays proves that Malay contractors can compete with others and win tender awards on their own merit. Clearly it is not the race that is an issue but failed policies that encourage dependency especially when it helps BN maintain the status quo and its grip on power.

A good example is China which suffered famine and severe economic distress with wrong policies of eating from ‘a single iron pot” no matter how hard or little one worked.

However when China opened up its economy and allow one’s hard work and ability to determine one’s success and rewards, China transformed itself from being the “Sick Man of Asia” in the 1960s into the second largest world economy by 2011.

BN had instituted policies that stifles initiative, creativity, hard work, drive and productivity which benefited only the few BN cronies at the expense of entire country.

For instance, a 30% quota of publicly listed shares were reserved for Malays but only a few benefited as many ordinary Malays never received shares from the Federal government.

The state government regrets that there are now certain elements within Pakatan Rakyat Penang that is aligned with BN in opposing efforts to implement an open tender system and CAT governance.

We must remain steadfast as we are backed by results. The Penang state government has been able to turn a projected deficit of RM 35 million in 2008 budget to a record surplus of RM 88 million.

A projected deficit of RM 40 million in 2009 Budget has been turned around to record a surplus of RM 77 million. In fact the 2009 budget surplus would have been a record RM 92 million were it not for the payment of RM 14.7 million as a result of the Tang Hak Ju land scam of the previous administration.

Penang is proud to be the first state to hold public open tenders of government projects and procurement contracts and also conducting it through the internet(e-tender). By sticking to CAT principles, Penang is the first state or federal government in Malaysia to gain praise from Transparency International.

In politics, we want more friends than foes. But we are willing to lose friends and gain foes if we can change the mindset of the people by providing equal opportunity, be confident, self-reliant and attain international benchmarks.

Pakatan Rakyat Penang’s greatest legacy to Malaysia and greatest threat to BN’s stranglehold on power is to prove that the right policies can make Malays and Malaysians compete and succeed against the best.

Future PR election candidates must make public pledge

According to Malaysian Insider, 5 more PKR MPs are said to be considering resigning from PKR to become independent (Five more MPs to quit PKR?.

We voters are fed up with the frogs and the potential frogs. I would strongly suggest to PR (DAP, PAS and PKR) that in the next election, all chosen candidates should be required to make a public pledge to remain steadfast and loyal and if for any reason they have to want to resign from their respective party on whose ticket they won the election, they pledge to also resign their respective elected position whether Member of Parliament (MP) or State Assemblyman (ADUN).

Just signing undated resignation letters is not enough. They must be made to declare that they would resign their elected position if they ever no longer want to be with the party which helped them get elected

Malaysia's Judiciary sinks deeper - 3 senior judges demoted

Folks, this is from an email forward about which the veracity had not been checked. However, if true, our already suspect judiciary is sinking deeper into the mud with 3 independent minded judges demoted because they made judgement deemed not UMNO/BN friendly:

Subject: THREE SENIOR JUDGES DEMOTED

PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO OTHERS.....THE TRANSFER (AND DEMOTION) HAS BEEN CONFIRMED BY ANOTHER JUDGE WHOM I KNEW FROM IPOH , WHEN I WORKED IN HIS FIRM AS A DESPATCH BOY (17 YRS OLD).

AND U THOUGHT MAHATHIR WAS BAD, NUUH?
PLS NOTE THE LAST LINE....

If true, another blow to the judiciary....

Three senior Judges to be moved out soon - they are not pro BN

KUALA LUMPUR :

Three independent minded judges who have made some rulings unfavourable to the Barisan Nasional government are expected to be transferred out of the High Court’s Appellate and Special Powers division soon. They are due to be moved to the High Court’s Commercial Division, where they will no longer be able to hear politically linked cases.

The three are Justice Datuk Alizatul Khair Osman Khairuddin, Justice Lau Bee Lan and Justice Mohamad Ariff Md Yusoff, according to the latest edition of Suara Keadilan, the official organ of Parti Keadilan Rakyat.

The paper quoted court insiders as saying that the judges will be transferred this month. Justice Alizatul recently declared that Umno’s Abu Hassan Sarif was no longer the Kedah state assemblyman for Kota Siputeh and ordered the Election Commission to hold a by-election..

An appeal is now pending against her judgment. Justice Lau heard the case in which deposed Mentri Besar Mohammad Jamaluddin of Pakatan Rakyat challenged the legitimacy of his successor, Umno’s Zambry Abdul Kadir, and ruled that the Federal Court must determine four constitutional questions.

However, the Federal Court ordered that the case of who was the rightful Perak Menteri Besar should be heard by the High Court. The case was later heard by a new High Court judge who replaced Justice Lau without the public being given any reason given for the switch.

In what was seen as a stunning rebuff to the Barisan Nasional government and the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission’s investigative procedures, Justice Mohamad Ariff recently ruled that MACC had no right to question witnesses in an investigation beyond normal office hours.

The judge also found that the MACC acted illegally when it detained Pakatan Rakyat’s Kajang town councillor Tan Boon Wah overnight at its Selangor head office in Shah Alam. Suara Keadilan opines that the transfer of the three judges was an attempt by the Umno-led Barisan to strengthen its grip on the judiciary.

It says that one of the judges to be named to the Appellate and Special Powers Division is Justice Mohamed Apandi Ali, a former
Kelantan Umno treasurer, who was appointed Judicial Commissioner in 2003.

Commenting on the expected transfer of the judges, lawyer Edmund Bon told Suara Keadilan that he and many of his colleagues were uneasy about the development. He pointed out that there had not been a single complaint against any of the three judges throughout their service in the Appellate and Special Powers Division. Since no logical reason could be seen for the decision to move out the judges, he said, there was no escaping the perception that politics was behind it.

Note:
So do you think that Anwar Ibrahim and RPK will be given proper hearings and justice ?

Nasir Safar: Tay Tian Yan's grandma did not come to Malaysia to sell her body

Nasir Safar said Indians came to Malaysia as beggars and Chinese women came to Malaysia to sell their bodies. Does he know that to insult one's mother or grandmother is one of the biggest insult especially to the Chinese? What is he trying to do? Trying to arouse the Chinese to take up arms?

Fortunately Malaysians now are more matured. If it is up to us moderate Malaysians, May 13 will not recur unless it is started by those UMNO goons.

Here is a nice piece from Sin Chew's Tay Tian Yan about how her grandma came to Malaya now Malaysia and not only made good for herself as well as her descendents, but helped numerous Malays neighbours:

Tay Tian Yan's grandmother

Here is what she wrote:

In any culture, it is a big taboo to insult a person's mother.

You can call people any name you like, and perhaps, a large-minded person will just see you off as a jerk or a fool, and will not make a big fuss over it.

But in no way can you ever insult his mother, or his grandmother.

And this is particularly serious in the Chinese culture.

Both mum and granny are sacred beings not to be encroached upon or desecrated.

Nasir Safar said Chinese women came to Malaysia to sell their bodies (jual tubuh).

You have blasphemed the mothers and grandmothers of some six million Chinese Malaysians, Nasir.

Our grannies did NOT come here to sell their bodies!

With their pure souls, youthfulness and vitality, they established their homes here and had made significant contributions towards nation-building.

What would become of this country if not for these grannies?

Including my own grandma, Madam Liu Qian, a person I respect the most in my entire life.

She was a foot-bound woman from Mainland China. When my grandpa came to Malaya, she stayed back at the ancestral village in Fujian province to take care of my father.

When the life of my grandpa became more stable later, he went back to China in order to bring her here along with my father.

I'm here to tell you that my granny, along with the grannies of other six million Chinese Malaysians, sailed across the oceans here not to sell their bodies!

With her bound feet, granny came here to support a family. And when the Japanese troops rolled over Malaya, she led the family to safety.

When the situation became more stable later, she negotiated with the Japs to get a licence to do business, and had been able to expand her business when the Brits returned.

She treated her Malay and Indian neighbours as her own compatriots, and would prepare a whole stack of angpaos on the first day of every Chinese New Year to distribute to the Malay and Indian kids queuing up in front of our house.

She leased out a small plot of land for a Chinese primary school, but had not in decades asked for the return of the land.

Every year on 31 August, she would try to find a national flag and hang it up high on a very long pole in front of our house.

She landed on Malaya, and treated this place her own country.

She had not had another home or country since.

When she passed away, many Malay makcik came to our house and sobbed over her passing.

With her unparalleled wisdom, hard work, morality and determination, she spent her entire life in a very respectful manner.

No one can ever insult her and accuse that she had come here to sell her body!

My granny, like the grannies of many other people, was a truly great woman.

From Malaya to Malaysia, they were scattered in every family and every corner of this country.

From the rubber-tapping workers in the estates, to the excavators in the tin mines, they were the most hardworking and exceptional women anywhere in the world.

During those darkest years, they displayed the most glorious side of humanity.

They sacrificed their youths and lives, so that you and I, along with our homes and nation, can come into being.

Even though they might no longer be around today, they still live deep inside our hearts, and support us morally.

Not only the country's laws will come after you, Nasir, you still owe our grannies a sincere apology. (By TAY TIAN YAN/Translated by DOMINIC LOH/Sin Chew Daily

Google's guide to organizations helping Haiti

Well folks, Malaysia's need for positive changes is urgent and greatly needed and problems are numerous, but nothing compared to enormous problems facing Haiti. Hope you will spare a thought to those suffering in Haiti after the horrible earth quake which killed hundreds of thousands. The dead (may they rest in peace) can rest in peace, but those surviving, especially those maimed, lost their limbs, etc., faces a very, no, not very, but extremely hard life ahead.

What can we do to help? Those are those who are willing to contribute financially, but are worried if their donations might be misused and diverted for other purpose. So what do we do.

Well, Google has a motto - DON'T BE EVIL. Plus Google is extremely big and wealthy with a huge revenue. They have the resources to examine alternatives. They are so rich, why would they want to cheat you or help others cheat you of your hard earned money.

So what do we do. Just to let you know folks, There is a Google Haiti Crisis Response page which list various organizations helping Haiti. I am sure Google must have vetted them thoroughly.

Economy or Democracy: Hope for change now better for malaysia

My worry over this tendency of voters particularly Malaysians to put more emphasis on money (economy) over stuff more important like democracy, corruption, transparency etc. now seem slightly reduced. Respondents in the Merdeka Center's poll regarding the Najib's Barisan Nasional's shameless power grab in Perak, apparently slightly more respondents chose democracy over democracy over economy: "60 percent of the respondents felt their right to democratically elect their own representatives was of primary importance as opposed to 28 percent who felt the state's ability to generate economic growth was more important."

Let's pray that Malaysians would get wiser over their choices as more people begins to realize which is more important and of more lasting benefits.

Malaysia's economy face a steep dive

Brace yourself folks for a hard landing Malaysia's economy wise. Please folks, even if you are not interested in politics, think of your and your loved ones' wallet if we don't make even the tiniest effort at bringing positive changes to Malaysia (read this inspiring story Little bird smallest action changed the world if you need inspiration to gt off your butt).

Who is this Wenger Khairy? In this comment at Politics of kangaroo trial not only is a pretty sharp analysis of what awaits us in as per the direction of Malaysia's economic future, and is making me pay a bit more attention to him or her.

Dear Dato',
I have to respectfully disagree with your reading of the situation. The facts what you say are correct, but Tengku is spot on the interpretation.

Anwar in 2009 is not the same as Anwar in 1999. His support base is greatly diminished, and that may sound counter intuitive considering the tremendous gains the Opposition has made in the electoral seats.

Why do I say that?
The oft held wisdom among the UMNO elite is that Anwar is the glue that binds DAP and PAS, which as usual is outdated. In fact, really PAS had planned the outcome of this trial way back in 2009, and if you look at recent pronouncements considering the issues dear to the Malay community, they did not need Anwar to mediate a common platform with the DAP. Furthermore, PAS and DAP model was put to the test in Perak and it was the actions of 2 x PKR reps and 1 x DAP rep which caused it to fail, initially. Furthermore, Anwar did more damage than good when he decided to go with this MP jumping routine, and really if Anwar gets taken down, I bet it would not be an insignificant proportion that says good riddance to bad rubbish. Even RPK has more or less said so.

But Anwar has yet one last role to play before he goes down. He will bring the Government down with him.

Let me explain how.

From the initial 2 days of trial, we assume that this trial is going to last for some time, lets say 4 months. A week plus from now, Nizar's case gets mentioned before the High Court, around the same time TBH inquest resumes.

So we have two potential time bombs for the Government with this protracted fight against Anwar. Remember the Government is not engaging in a fight with the Opposition, they are engaging in a fight with Anwar. The Opposition (PAS & DAP) is happily working together to bring BN down.

And already a lot of questions are being asked on the motives of Saiful, you can read around to find out. Just imagine how Karpal & Co. are going to cross examine Sayful. Is the end game to save Anwar?

Or....

Around the same time our economy is in the doldrums. Government is in huge budget deficit mode, and the talk is that the oil subsidy will be revised. I roughly know the state of Government finances from the extracts from BNM. The growth rate in M3 is about RM 10-15 million a yr, which cannot sustain any meaningful bank lending to industry.

GDP this year? Real growth 3%?
Dato, is that number even achievable? After all the ups and downs of the economy tracks really the volume of exports which is governed by the semi conductor cycle. Which is governed by the demand from our friendly Americans for our goods. Last nite, US economy continued to shed jobs. No good news here, and any adjustment to the Petrol subsidy will mean deep recession.
Additional info: You have to utilize a tool called System Dynamics to see the bull whip effect that contributed to the regional increase in economic activity in Q2-Q4 2009. Quarter on quarter, Q4 GDP would be positive, but year on year, I estimate contraction of around -5 to -6%. Full year 2010 -1 to -2% real growth.

And so the question people are asking is why on earth is the Government so focussed on this trial? The people are asking this question because there are 100 other things that requires the Government focus as well, which they feel that the Government is either unable or unwilling to solve.

And that's what will drive voter attitude. The political outcome of this trial will be determined by the economic reality. If Malaysians achieve developed nation status in 2011, then the PM Najib is the best thing since sliced bread. If Malaysia achieves two consecutive years of recession, which is what Wenger J. Khairy is predicting, then the rest is kind of history.

But alas, whoever is driving this ship has set his course to go over the edge of the world, and so may he sail over it, with all those in tow.

Saiful's court testimony contradicts Rahimi

Video: Scandal, Sodomy and Murder: Part 2 of 3

Contradiction between Saifoul (or is it Saifool,) oh, Saiful's Bukhari's court testimony in the SodUMNOmy 2's trial, there is a contradiction between Saiful's testimony and what "Najwan?" Rahimi said in a video interview (Sodomy 2). Here is the video. Just in case you don't have time, below is the transcript of the part in question. Or listen and judge for yourself (from just before 7 min. onward):

According to Shazwan Mustafa Kamal (Malaysian Insider: Saiful says Anwar was his idol),

I (interviewer): Who is Saiful Bukhari? "Najwan"? Rahimi knows him. They were in university together.

R (Rahimi): During university day, I mean, as far as I know him, I mean he was, he hates Anwar so much.

I: So "Najwan"? Rahimi knows a rat when he heard that Saiful working for Anwar.

R: My perception is that when I saw him the first time, he was with Anwar. And when I heard that he was working at Anwar's office, my thinking was that he wanted, he was there to sabotage Anwar.

I: So who do you believe, Saiful or Anwar?

R: Obviously it is Anwar. I mean, eh, logically, Saiful is much more stronger. I mean he was well built. And Anwar is a 61 years old man, and he has back pain. And he was just, er, he just arrive from Mecca, performing his, er, religion, and it doesn't make sense that he will such an, I mean, eh, this offence.

I: And here is Saiful Bukhari in the Deputy Prime Minister office with Najib Razak (inaudible).

Anwar: It is in evidence.....

Tried googling for "Nazwan Rahimi" and found this in Haris's blog: Saiful Bukhari photographed with Umno VIPs, so what? comment section:

goldenscreen Says:

And here is Saiful replying in the blog on March 2008, trying to defend himself against allegations of being a musang berbulu ayam (aka SPY), even thought the writer did not name anyone as the SPY.

Assalammualaikum..

Masyaallah Najwan, sampai bila saudara nak berhenti memfitnah.. Cukuplah saudara dah malukan saya, jatuhkn jatuh, sampai saya terpaksa tarik diri dari Universiti.. Hidup dalam kegelapan tanpa arah tuju..

Rahimi sepupu saudara tu sahabat saya.. Sepanjang kempen pilihanraya, beliau perlu mengalas 4 jawatan iaitu Setiausaha Politik, Setiausaha Sulit, Pembantu Khas dan Koordinator Politik.

Bayangkan betapa beratnya beban yang beliau terpaksa pikul. SEORANG. Apalagi saudara sbg sepupunya.

Salah ke saya pergi dengar ceramah? Ceramah tu hanya utk org tertentu shj ka?

Beliau sendiri yang meminta pertolongan saya utk membantu beliau menguruskan program DSAI sepanjang pilihanraya.

Jadi sbg kawan saya membantu beliau kerana beliau sudah tiada daya lagi untuk memikul 4 tanggungjawab sekali gus. Kawan punya hal, saya tidur hanya 2-5jam sahaja dlm satu hari. Sedangkn saya ni bukan ada apa2.

Saya pon hairan, mana pergi penyokong parti atau kawan Rahimi
semasa beliau amat memerlukan pertolongan.

Saya hanya membantu Rahimi sahaja semasa kempen.

Jangan memfitnah sembarangan saudara Najwan..

Aku berserah kdp Allah s.w.t..

Nutgraph compiling former BTN attendees testimonies

Good News! The Nut Graph is in the process of compiling and publishing the testimonies of former BTN (Biro Tata Negara) attendees (inductees) so that we can get a true picture of what went on inside those programs on which Malaysia has wasted good money.

Here is the first one: Biro Tata Negara's "real" message" where Shanon Shah related what Mohd Khalid Mohd Nor, now 27, went through when he attended the BTN course at Ulu Sepri, Negri Sembilan.

Among others, Mohd Khalid Mohd Nor in answer to a question, said "The course has impacted me in a negative way — I am now more racist towards [fellow] Malay [Malaysians]. Not to all Malay [Malaysians], but to some. I am unsure of my other friends, but I am really disturbed by this, and this is the true reflection of our country.

There are still [Malay Malaysians] who consider non-Malay [Malaysians] in my generation as not worthy of calling Malaysia their home. If not Malaysia, which place are they supposed to call home? They are not migrants but Malaysians.

I am racist towards Malay [Malaysians] who are racist towards other races. Currently the Malaysian government is sending lecturers abroad to complete their masters and PhDs so as to upgrade the Malaysian education system. These lecturers are from government-funded universities.

(Pic by dfeir / sxc.hu) In my university here [in London], they [have] started a society, but this society only [comprises] Malay [Malaysians] even though they [know] there are other Malaysians here as well. These lecturers will one day go back and start teaching at various institutions and shape future generations.

[My analogy is], if the mould has rough surfaces or edges, how could this mould shape future generations so as to build a truly [united] Malaysia?"

Najib's aide to resign over 'racist' remarks

Nasir Safar: Special aide to Malaysia Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak
Just look at how low the credibility of Najib and gang. Just read the comments left at this Malaysiakini article: Najib's aide to resign over racist remarks:

He must have been another product of BTN. After decades of bainwashing by BTN, this is second nature to him, i.e. calling non-Malays as pendatangs, and this time it's even worse, accusing the Chinese here of prostituting themselves. But on second thoughts, he was referring to MCA and Gerakan who have selling their souls and bodies to UMNO. Have we ever heard of MCA and Gerakan protesting against UMNO's racist policies, apartheid? No, these two component parties allowed UMNO to do as it wished and even allowed UMNO run wild in its discriminatory and racist policies. Asking Najib to take action against him? Ha, remember, BTN is under the PM's department and BTN still exists to run amok with its racist rantings! 1Malaysia!! Who is going to believe you, Najib.

by Z - 37 minutes ago
Najib's special officer Nasir Safar is a disgrace. It is sickening that a person holding public office in the PM's department can stoop so low and bloody hell got the guts to say that the Indians are beggars and chinese women came for flesh trades in public event. It shows the rotten state affairs in the PM's office and events behind the scene. It is a sign of institutionliazed racism. Are we too late? I am sick with this. The least the PM can do is to sack him and charge him under sedition.

by NV - 40 minutes ago
Nasir is an alien who is a barbarian of highest order. He is not only uncivilised but also failed tremendously as a Malaysian. As such his citizenship should be revoked and let him live in this country as beggar. In fact he should be classified as human being of lowest order.

by J - 40 minutes ago
He will resign? Najib, u should be the one saying sorry man...Nasir should BE SACKED!! not resign..resign means he meant what he say but not admitting fault. Damm insulting...chinese come here 'jual tubuh'? if I m u, i take a gun and shoot my own head right now man ...if chinese or indians say this???die lo, the so called origin malaysians go kuku...wanna show the 'keris' and all those shits lo............what a crap

by n - 50 minutes ago
He should be detained for sedition under the ISA...so what if he resign ? He can afford it.

by T - 50 minutes ago
People have been put in ISA and charged under the sedition act for less. Can we have the video on his presentation on YouTube so that we can decide for ourselves what Najib's 1Malaysia is all about?

by cc - 51 minutes ago
GUYS, I URGED TO MAKE MASSIVE POLICE REPORT. SEE WHAT HAPPENED TO HIM.

by NLMX - 51 minutes ago
"Nasir never intended to make any derogatory remarks." Yeah, right. We may be beggars and selling our bodies but at least we have more honor than the UMNO fascists.

by DSK - 56 minutes ago
Nasir will be laughing his way all the way to the bank,he will be soon appointed as some CEO of some GLC ,so my Indian brethren plz dont let Najib and Umno fool you. This is just a drama to hoodwink the Indians because they know the Indians are very soft at heart and easily forgive plus they also know how the DAP govt in Penang and the PKR govt in Selangor are taking the Indians for a ride using their mandores like Ramasamy n Xavier by throwing smaller sized peanuts than those thrown by UMNO for 52 yrs at the poor indians.

by r - an hour ago
just open your eyes people, the PM's aide is not even on board on the 1malaysia concept. not only that he is against the concept of Malaysian. what the fish does he means they are coming from those days to now? and chinese women come to sell their bodies, you mean before that no one was selling their bodies??? Now my friend, your boss is going to China and India to look for business and asking them to come and invest in Malaysia. this is my last straw, i'll do all I can to campaign for PR.

by YSH - an hour ago
There are too many racists in the government. To begin with, we demand that the continued appointment of all BTN instructors be reviewed and reassessed to wipe out all the racists NOW.

by DSK - an hour ago
My friends esp the malaysian indians, plz for god's sake dont buy this lie. This appears to me as pre-planned.Means Najib, tells him to humiliate the Indians n Chinese, knowing very well these 2 communities will protest then he will come in n pecat him and look like a true leader in the eyes of the indians whose support he is trying very hard to win back as Najib knows the chinese have abandoned him.Najib also is aware of the facts that the Indians can be king makers in a couple of constituencies held by PR now. This is the prize PR gonna pay for their arrogance and for alienating the honest Ponnusamy brothers who have lost their careers, family love n freedom. My sincere advise to my Malaysian indian brethren,I know many of us feel being shortchanged by PR who failed to keep up their pre election promises esp the way they treated the KG Buah Pala folks, let god handle that sin they committed. But plz dont vote for UMNO or MIC,its better u dont vote at all for anyone as both sides dont deserve

by M - an hour ago
Come on Rakayat. You cannot be so easily fooled by the sandiwara played for you to gain back non Malay votes. That Nasir guy will be amply rewarded for being made a scape goat. No doubts about it

by L - an hour ago
Nasir Safar, the special officer to Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak, to resign? Over alleged degoratory remarks made against alleged "pendatangs"? It is either he did or he did not! Remarks heard by many and yet the PM's office talks about "alleged" remarks? And this Nasir is willing to apologise for these "alleged" remarks? How noble. Should his boss be holding himself responsible next?

by Ls - an hour ago
Great, another racist UMNO moron comes out of his closet, spewing UMNO excreta that it is the other races which are to be blamed for UMNO's woes, electoral or simply for their lack of class and quality. I just hope the UMNO agents who masquerade as state security apparatus arrest the right people this time for sedition or breach of internal security. The last racist UMNO moron called Ahmad Ismail who did that in Penang caused a reporter to be detained under ISA after the Malaysian police applied their brains to the situation.

by MR - 2 hours ago
I believe there are alway some Nasir Safar among us. Racist in nature and given slightess opportunity will speak his mind. This country cannot afford to have people like Nasir Safar in high places regardless of their race and religion. Therefore it is important for our government to make it illegal to be racist. Such people should be condemned otherwise this country will never be peaceful. Look at US, there are still racist around. But look what the politicians did. When someone uttet racist statement which is not eveyn 10% of those spoken by Nasir Safar, the whole country including the politicians and media will condemn that person. Over in Malaysia, it is the reverse. It was the politicians and media who instigate racial disharmony. When are we going to learn that we need each other to move forward.

Wow... one just don't become a special officer to PM by just waltzing into the PM's office and get the job. It has to come with strong recommendation or some personal linkages with some big guns including PM himself. I am just dying to know what area of specialty was he in charge among the many special officers and advisers in PM's office. Being a highly paid job, I am sure he wasn't there just to carry PM's briefcase or to tell PM the time of day.

by RR - 2 hours ago
I don't think action that has been taken against Dato Nasir is adequate, considering his utter disregard of the contribution Chinese and Indian for the country. He was bombarding the chinese and Indians with derogatory words such as 'pendatang, beggars, pedagang tubuh etc.He has gut to say that he will revoke the citizenship of the people who demand too much.It is only proper he is charged for 'sedition' and nothing less.If the PM wants the rakyat to believe his 1 Malaysia concept, then this is the only thing for him to do.

by L - 2 hours ago
Will he be charged for sedition, Hishamuddin? Resigning must not save him from the long arms of law. He has to face the music. UMNO men have been getting away with seditious statements while the opposition were simply charged or investigated for simple words like asking the police to cease investigation on so and so.

If this is not official speak , how then would a mere aide mouth such rubbish and change history.... Resignation is not the answer. ACTION as befits others in the same boat should be meted out, fair and square with no excuses forthcoming. It will seem more sincere if this is spearheaded by our PM, not demanded by others. I hope I can count on our esteemed and fair PM to do what is fair and just in keeping with his 1Malaysia slogan. OR is it just a catchword to be used only for elections...By you changing history, History cannot be changed. It remains as always, just that some of you are in denial.

So, after uttering seditious statements, racist bigots like Nasir (and even some suspected of homicide) just have to resign? No ISA? No Sedition Act charges against him? And yet DSAI is facing a 2nd trumped-up charge on sodomy? No need to resign-lah. This is the typical formula of UMNO sh*t-stirring. We the RAKYAT need to sack them, the whole bloody lot of them. It may take 2 years for us to wait patiently but sack them we must at GE13. For some of us this authority and power to sack UMNO and BN lapdogs may come sooner than GE13. For our Perakian brethren, especially our Chinese brethren there, you may have the pleasure far sooner then the rest of us. May the peace of Allah be with you as you make the decision to sack UMNO and BN.

Just as I predicted in the earlier post...He bosses will go into denial mode and protect him. If what he said about the Chinese and Indians was not derogatory I don't know what other racist remarks would qualify. He should be punished and not allowed to get off so lightly by merely 'resigning'. What is not revealed is he will be redeployed elsewhere to propagate his bigotry with the tacit blessings of UMNO bigwigs. Just wait and see. Very unbecoming of malays and I would expect more to come.Malays feel threatened, insecure to say the least and have resorted to comments as such.Did they not study moral, civic for a start. They have been too protected by the govt andevery seems to on a plate. Now look!do not even know how to speak in public. At the end of the day they just say they did not mean it.They have made that cut and it seems deliberate to hurt others.1Malaysia is a long way believe me and 1Malaysia is still not clearly spelt.Ask people around what is 1Malaysia.Thrie answer varies and no one can tell which one is correct.Time is runnung out and you will not make this a reality b'cos GE is here.Too many Questions unanswered and esp non malays are feeling very insecure. Why do we have Singapore & Brunei having better economy than us Malaysian.Look at their currency for a start. Also they do not have much land.We have, name it resources-timber,oil,gas,palm-oil,tin,rubber,why are we so poor? DISGUSTED

and what were these goons doing when every other leader out there was frothing in the mouth and screaming about ketuanan Melayu all this while??? not even a squeak from these people. There is a whole batallion forming lead by a frog in Perkasa endorsed by your former boss, why the $#$@ are you silent about that. u only jump at small fishes is it.

And after his resignation - will he be appointed as an Ambassador or CEO or GLC or will he become private contractor ? Anyway, so much for !Malaysia when your own right hand man doesn't know what is correct and wrong.

by m - 3 hours ago
he may be promoted to some other position later when everything dies down

by l - 3 hours ago
Good riddance to shitty rubbish. Just make sure he does not end up as some ambassador somewhere.

by G - 3 hours ago
this is just the tip of the iceberg, of the many political workers of najibs working out their muscle on the 2 faces of 1malaysia.

I was wondering, under what circumstances will the goverment execute the Sedition Act. And under what circumtances will a person be labelled racist?

by KO - 3 hours ago
Now, Nasir Safar has resigned. But the PM has lost face due to this incident. So, I have doubts that this will be the end of the controversy. If the online media continue to report public criticism over Nasir's remarks, they will be blamed for 'misquoting the PM aide' and 'fanning disharmony'.

by SS - 3 hours ago
Resign only? No sedition ? he is the mouthpiece n thinking of 1MALAY BN..he is jus a bloody sacrificial lamb of racist umNO . Just by asking him to resign umNO think that we the rakyat believed that umNO has or is changing. We are no bloody fools..

Believe it or not: Prosecutor has Anwar? semen specimen

Would you believe this????? The prosecutor, Solicitor-General II Mohd Yusof Zainal Abiden, in Anwar Ibrahim's second sodomy trial claimed they have semen specimen in Saiful's (Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan) anus. Unfortunately the credibility of Malaysian institutions, especially the PDRM (Polis Diraja Malaysia or Royal Malaysia Police) is so low that I don't even know if even 10% of the people believe them.

Here are the comments in Malaysiakini's "Prosecutor: We have semen specimens" article to show you how credible is their claim (name changed for privacy):
by Call me JBY - 2 hours ago
This is not a new "technology". About 20 years ago, women already can get pregnant without any sexual intercourse (no offence). The medical report already showed that Saifool's anus was not penetrated. After more than a year there is a sperm stain? If there was really a sperm stain, I believe its already a big news in the main stream media last year. Why disclosed now?

by GRN - 2 hours ago
So they found semen in Saiful's rear end and immediately these fellas concluded it belongs to Anwar. Sherlock Holmes cold not have done any better. Notice something? They have the semen but no DNA test done. Or if it has been done, could it have gone missing again like the first time 10 years ago?

by LS - 2 hours ago
So what if you have SEMEN? Anwar is being charged for intentionally having carnal intercourse against the order of nature with Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan where Anwar inserted his penis into Saiful's anus and Anwar is alleged to have committed a crime which is punishable under section 377B of the penile code. The crime is only committed when Anwar's penis penetrates Saiful's anus. Whether semen is found in Saiful's anus is immaterial. As far as section 377B of the penal code is concerned, SODOMY = Penetration of the anus.

by JN - 2 hours ago
...DSAI, I salute you !...for you must be a superterrorsodomiser in order for your semen to be found inside whassisname?'s anus without penetration at all ! Its either that or We all know who has been up to monkey tricks again, don't we all ? No wonder we have the whole world watching this trial !

by DD - 2 hours ago
Saifool, shame on you for having unsafe sex!

by NL - 3 hours ago
Semen turns from jellylike to liquid within a short time and got absorbed by the body, and any excess would have been mixed with the three day old feaces, and contaminated......

by KG - 3 hours ago
For DNA evidence to be admissible in court (I mean a real court, not Umno's court) the chain of custody must be very tight and well documented. This covers every step from collection, transport, receiving, storage and testing and samples must be made available for independent verification. Now they expect to nail Anwar by asking a govt chemist to testify in court that Anwars DNA was found in Saiful's $hithole and that's it. I'm sure the chemist will testify that all samples have been destroyed. How do I know? That was exactly what happened in Sodomy I. Can they convince the judge? You bet! Can they convince the public? Hell, no!

Malaysian's Judiciary will be once again the laughing stock for the whole world thanks to BN, particularly UMNO.

by CGT - 3 hours ago
The prosecution seems to have a lot of holes in their story (pun unintended). We know from the two medical reports that no sexual penetration was detected but somehow, semen was found in Saiful's anus. This could only be possible if Anwar has a very small penis, and I'm sure this can easily be proved or disproved. Imagine a tetrapack with a 0.5mm straw hole. You can't force anything bigger than a straw through the hole without enlarging or tearing it at the seams. Well, one would imagine the same logic to apply to Saiful's anus.

We have Act 1 Scene 1 played by musang, petai and AP.Now Act 1 Scene 2 will take the stage shortly. One of the actors in S 1 has gone and being baked in lake of fire, who is next? Answer:Too obvious to mention.

by WR - 3 hours ago
The prosecution must clarify if they found semen or they found DNA. It is surprising that Saiful could carry the shit in his colon for days so that the semen were not flushed out when he excreted. Those shit must have got into his head and the heads of those he met. Anyway, it is easy to place semen as well as DNA and let us not be fooled by that. Someone could have instructed Saiful to masturbate and place some of his own semen in his ass hole with the planted DNA of DSAI. In this case, it would be obvious that Saiful's own DNA found in the semen sample will be taken as a contamination. Defence counsel please remember to question prosecution witness on the density of Saiful's DNA found in the semen sample (I am sure chemist would say he/she was not asked to determine that).

test

by LN - 4 hours ago
Why comment so much ? wait la, they will get everything, then you all decide la. Sperm is sperm, how to lie, M******** Anwar and a get a specimen, or he is a donor, otherwise how can you get a specimen ? Anwar will have a chance to test it as well, and calling Najib, Rosmah and I also think he should call the Hundreds of people that spoke to Saiful too. Why try to drag these two in, the chance doing that is NIL. No reason to unless they have evidence , but they don't. Real wayang guy, now trying to drag Najib and Rosmah to distract his sins . My this guy must be put away for a long time.

Sperm is sperm, that is right, but it can be anybody's sperm including this idiot LN.

oh ya... saifool ( a young guy of 20 +) did " tonggeng" there helplessly for a 60 + old man to sodomise him ! And now there is semen left overs ! We believe ! Yes we believe ! Please also believe my grandmother died a virgin !

by DC - 4 hours ago
Well Well Well! They have Anwar's semen taken from Saiful's virgin ass. Looks like The Malaysian Judiciary circus is back in town. I'm sure the show that is lined up this time will certainly be entertaining or maybe even more thrilling then sodomy I.

by AI - 4 hours ago
It's obvious to all and sundry that the DNA samples taken from Anwar prior to the Sodomy 1 Trial in 1998 have now been introduced to Saiful's specimen samples. The fact that there was no penetration proves it.

by CT - 4 hours ago
Hmm... assuming this Shitfool decided to preserve the precious load in his anus, and decided not to pass motion for how many, 2 days? OK perhaps some medical person can let us know if semen samples can still be obtained from this Shitfool's anus. No penetration, but semen inside anus - the UMNOputras new miracle sex act.

If the Americans can make Avatar, they can stage anything! But in BolehLand, they are one step ahead of the Americans in staging anything!! I think even James Cameron is just a rookie!

Mohd Yusof Zainal Abiden, YOUR semen is worth less than a fruit fly's now. Sorry to say, your bloodline shall be terminated and your offspring will lead meaningless and wasted lives unless they disown their wicked and spineless father for his part in this despicable plot to thwart the rakyat's desire for clean government.

by KM - 4 hours ago
2 doctors' reports said no sign of penetration and the PP said they found semen stain and this will prove penetration! Hahaha, so naive of the PP. Someone needs to tell him 10 ways how semen stain can enter the anus. ONE of which is to be injected via an insertion of a small acquarium air tubes. Dumb PP seeking glamor. I am sure Saiful will say he was drugged so that 'much time was spent' to allow semen to be 'left' in his anus. Oh, was there any semen actually? Or he will have to answer why he allowed such an elderly man with severe back problem to sodomize him.

by HR - 5 hours ago
The Criminal Procedure Code places sodomy and oral sex in the same category. Are to believe that all the ministers, judges, prosecutors, doctors and the witnesses be they man or woman do not indulge in oral sex? Hypocrites. Stop this sham trial.

by SR - 5 hours ago
WHAT ??? Semen still in your anus days after you see Najib then you go for your examination? Man, you have a serious case of CONSTIPATION. Wrong doctor, Saiful !

by SB - 5 hours ago
Huh? Initial reports by doctor says no penetration but chemist report found semen in anus. Is this like saying no bullet wound but found bullet inside body? Cant wait to see the mystery revealed....

by SR - 5 hours ago
WHAT?? Semen in the Anus still exist days after Saiful gone to see Najib? This guy should be seeking treatment for CONSTIPATION. Wrong doctor, Saiful !

by KN - 5 hours ago
Solicitor-General Zainal and his team are totally out of their depth. They are setting themselves up to be humiliated in court. You cannot convict a person based on DNA evidence alone. DNA is always considered supplementary evidence. Read Bruce Tan's article in MT for a clearer picture. Sodomy II: A nation prepares to go on trial

by ai - 6 hours ago

Yeah how long does semen stay in the anus after the act? Saiful didn't have any motion or wash for 2+days? Looks like he keeps himself well groomed from all the press I have seen.

by ai - 6 hours ago

I would be interested to know the date on the chemist report(was it after the court forced Anwar to give samples), and is there a way to verify these so called retrieved samples(was the same result confirmed from both hospitals and different independent chemists)

by r - 6 hours ago

ehm...semen? so he did it bareback, kind of stupid with Aids being an issue. and is he stupid enough to leave behind evidence. and still no sign of penetration, so how did the semen get there? and how long later did the guy go to the hospital after the so call incidents..didn't shower or go toilet. dam good la our CSI team

by BTN - 6 hours ago

Ya right. The last time they found semen on a mattress and they landed DSAI in prison. Mind you the bed is a static and dead object. This SaiFool is moving object and the fact he has semen on his anus is really no surprise.

by G - 6 hours ago

And for this En Mohd Zainal Abiden, you and the lot that is conspiring against this honest man will burn in Hell!

by FY - 6 hours ago

dear God!!!!!!!! How much more can Malaysian will be FORCE to stumuck this?????????!!!!!!!!

by k - 6 hours ago

Indeed, they have semen specimen. As Saiful made a police report 2 days after the alleged act how did the specimen survive? Were they planted there by SAC Rodwan who met Saiful in Concorde Hotel Shah Alam? As I remembered the same Rodwan planted Anwar's blood sample on the infamous mattress and the chemist's testimony was demolished by the defense. Do these goons think unverified DNA evidence will convince the public? DNA evidence is the easiest to fake in the world. Where's the independent lab test? Too cowardly to hand over a sample to the defense?

Like anyone will believe that!

1 Malaysia big fat joke - racialist remark at 1 Malaysia seminar

Najib Abdul Razak's 1 Malaysia is turning out to be a big fat joke and I think this special officer of Najb, Nasir Safar's stinging remark at a '1 Malaysia' seminar is the final nail in its coffin.

According to Malaysiakini, Nasir Safar labelled the Indians and Chinese as pendatang (immigrants). Not only that, he threatened to revoke anyone who make a lot of noise about the 12-subject cap (maximum) for the SPM (Sijil Pepereksaan Malaysia or Malaysia Examination Certificate).

At least the previously cowardly MCA (Malaysia Chinese Association) and MIC (Malaysia Indian Congress) this time walked of the seminar to protest Nasir's unwarranted remarks.

Let's us see if that Pink Lips (Najib's nickname) has anything to say about this incident.
