Muhyiddin Yassin illegal Deputy Prime Minister
This MoooHeDin fellow,
if we go according to the judgement of that 5 judges who do not know the law and the Malaysian and Perak Constitutions and who do not know English (they do not know the the plural of counsel is also counsel and not counsels), is an illegal Deputy Prime Minister:
This is because they ruled that the Perak Constitution did not expressedly (or expressly) provide for a vote of no confidence to remove the rightful Menteri Besar (Chief Minister) of Perak, Nizar Jamalludin.
Thus it follows that this cow Minister should resign from his illegal Deputy Prime Minister post as this post has not been provided by the Malaysian Constitution and his position is thus illegal and untenable.
Here are the names and photos of the five judges:
"Abdul Hamid Embong, Alauddin Mohd Sheriff, Arifin Zakaria, Mohd Ghazali Mohd Yusoff, Zulkefli Ahmad Makinudin"
Remember them well. They are the one who mutilated the Constitution and make way for an Absolute Monarchy where the Sultan can dismiss their Menteri Besar at will and the Agong can sack the Prime Minister as he wish.

To the writer,
I'm not one of the politic fanatics, but I must say that your contention is invalid from the legal perspective.Basically this is part of the syllabus for first year law student.
It is simply because your point doesn't actually relate to one another.I understand that you are using your logic here,in the sense that 'if it is not in the Constitution, hence it is invalid',which you deduced from the judges' decision.
I need to mind you here that, the judges made a technically right decision,in my opinion, regarding the case in perak. There is nothing in the Constitution states that there must be vote of no confidence for the removal of MB.It's because the the discretion is on the Sultan, based on the Constitution.
However,if we want to relate with your contention regarding the illegality of DPM bcause it is not in the FC,I have to say that it is utter nonsense as eventhough the DPM is not in the FC,actually the post is merely a convention, which is in the discretion of PM.The PM have the right to appoint a DPM,and also have the right not to do so,as the power to choose the cabinet is basically on the PM's hand.
So,I'd like to stress here that the post DPM is never invalid as you claimed,be it held by Muhyiddin or Anwar Ibrahim.Thank you.
